At THEANA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and dust bags
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


How to Return

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions and will be issued a return label
  • Items must be sent back within the return window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Complimentary returns apply to eligible orders only
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
