How long does delivery take?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. To request a return, please contact us at support@theana.co.uk or start a Return through the Return portal.

We carefully source and curate our products to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Selected designer pieces are authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Do you restock items?  

Some styles may be restocked, but many are released in limited quantities. We recommend purchasing while available.

Can I change or cancel my order?  

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?
